Baking | White + Milk Chocolate Cookies
Sorry I haven't posted in a while - life seemed to just get in the way of everything else! I've been meaning to do a post for the last couple weeks and I just kept forgetting or something else would pop up. But I'm back and excited to start posting again.
So a few weeks ago I watched Tanya Burr's YouTube video on making cookies and they just looked amazing. Since then I've been trying to find the time to make them myself, so I thought that while my parents are on holiday and I have the kitchen to myself (I can make as much mess as I like) I would finally make these yummy cookies.
The recipe I followed was the one that Tanya used in her video - you can watch it here.
The ingredients I used were :
200g Butter
300g Caster Sugar
1 Egg
325g Self Raising Flour
Dash of Milk
200g of Milk Chocolate
200g of White Chocolate
They only take 10 minutes to cook in the oven and once you take them out they are lovely and gooey - perfect if you are looking for a super sweet indulgent treat!! They were also really fun to make, I personally enjoy baking a lot (I just never have the time to do it) so it was really enjoyable! The cleaning up wasn't too fun but needs must haha.
THEY TASTE AMAZING!
(Its nice to be back!)
