Goodbye 2014, Hello 2015

Happy New Year!!

I hope everyone had a fun filled Christmas and a New year you can (mostly) remember. Sorry I haven't posted in a while but again life got in the way and my blog suffered, BUT my new years resolution is to try and do one post a week...but hopefully more than that. I've decided this is the funnest way for me to document my oh so boring life! The start of a new year is probably the best time for me to reflect on the last year...

I will admit that this last year hasn't been the best for me, there has definitely been some major ups and downs but I'm a firm believer of "everything happens for a reason". I'm trying to focus on the positives and I thought I'd list a few for you all.

Highlights of 2014
Getting Taylor Swift tickets
Seeing Michael Buble live
A new car for my birthday
My 21st birthday
Getting S Club 7 tickets
Discovered Netflix
Made some new friends
Passed my second year at uni
Spending time with my favourite people

Most importantly 2014 taught me that the only person you can rely on is yourself. That you create your own happiness. You have to make decisions that benefit yourself, even if that means hurting yourself for a short time...it will create happiness in the long run. I have always vowed to never regret anything because at one point it made me happy. All these ups and downs are part of the person you have become, don't let the bad drag you down and appreciate the good when it happens.

I wish you all a happy and positive 2015!!

xxxx
