Beauty Favourites | October

I love this time of year and everything that comes with it. The cosy nights in front of the tv in your onesie, the way that the leaves change colour and fall from the trees, countless cups of tea, oversized jumpers, Dr Martens, the build up to christmas and my birthday (my birthday is in December). This time of year always gives me a bit more confidence in my make up - I feel like you can go a bit bolder with colours and it definitely gives me an excuse to try out loads of different berry colours on my lips.

I thought I would do a current beauty favourites post this month instead of a generic favourites post. My beauty favourites currently are:

I picked up this Clarins lipstick a few weeks ago and honestly I love it. It was super long lasting and insanely moisturising for a lipstick of this shade (I tend to find darker shades destroy your lips). It was quite pricey for a lipstick (£19) but if your anything like me - a bit of a lipstick junkie - then you wouldn't mind paying it. I highly recommend it. I have mentioned the Zoella body mist in previous posts and I still completely love it. It is honestly amazing and it is so easy just to grab and spritz on as your running out the house. I bought the Real Techniques Limited Edition Duo Fibre Set a week or so ago and I've fell completely in love with the contour brush - I have been using it with my Bourjois chocolate bronzer and I gives a light coverage but something that you can build up on. The other brushes in the set are good as well but this one was my favourite.

I apologise about the lack of posts that have been going up lately, I've had a lot of deadlines in uni and honestly life just got a bit hectic - hopefully I'll be back into the swing of things from now on.
